Grant Seekers
Organizations interested in applying for funding should submit a letter of intent through the Foundation's online grants management system. The Foundation reviews letters of intent on a rolling basis to determine whether to invite a full grant application. Given limited resources of time and money, the Foundation typically invites grant applications that best respond to its priorities. Funding decisions usually are made on a quarterly basis.
The Foundation does not consider requests for:
- Individual assistance
- For-profit organizations
- Political parties or candidates
- Endowments, annual fund appeals, fundraising events
- Conferences, workshops
- Individual scholarships, fellowships, research, loans or travel
- Sectarian religious concerns
- Athletic events
- Film or media projects, publications
